Day 5 - #MaretMenulis

How did my yesterday go?

I am always trying to not push my creative mind to make up a story or two so this #maretmenulis series will sound cooler than it is in daily real life of mine.So, how did my yesterday go? I woke up at 8 and quickly took a bath before I went to my workshop where I always work on my traveler's journals.  But first I stopped by the store where I always get my leather stock. A client wanted a specific color of leather which I do not have in my storage. Hence the purchase.

I semi-finished the journal in the noon. I knew I would continue working on the journal the next day. I then went home and checked my messages to find that there was another order of a journal from a friend. We talked about details and specific requests, and finally had a deal.

In the late afternoon, I rode my bike from home to a near digital printing shop, to print and also cut some paper material items for the journals. I then finished everything in the shop till quite dark.

Then on my way home things got uninteresting. Before I even reached home, the electricity in my area went out. I was upset about it, so was everyone in the house that evening. We had no access to using the electricity for almost 4 hours straight. What really upset me was that I could not work on my other work, involving reading and typing, that I had planned to do the day before.

When the electricity went back on not far from midnight, I was too tired to operate my laptop. So I crashed out.
